Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit and debit card, processed via Stripe.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in EUR.
Pricing and VAT
Prices shown ARE inclusive of VAT.
Payment Processor
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVC on our own servers - those details go directly to Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
Subscription Billing
Billed monthly, billed in advance, auto-renews until cancelled.
You can view or cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry a small number of times over a set period. If payment still can't be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled and you'll be notified by email.
Security
Card data is handled entirely by Stripe under its own PCI-DSS certification - we don't store card numbers, and our own systems never have access to them.
