Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
EU consumer law gives you 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel without giving a reason. Checkout doesn't collect any consent to waive this right, so it applies in full: cancel within 14 days of subscribing and you'll receive a full refund automatically, and your access ends immediately.
How to Request a Refund
If you're within the 14-day window, no request is needed - go to your Billing page and click "Cancel subscription". The refund is issued automatically as part of cancelling.
Outside the 14-day window, cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund what's already been charged - you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. For a billing error or an exceptional circumstance not covered by the above, use the Contact Us page.
Processing Time
Refunds are issued immediately on our side. Please allow 5 to 10 days for it to appear back on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Cancelling after the 14-day withdrawal window has passed doesn't refund time already used - you keep access until the end of your current billing period, but the amount already charged for it isn't returned.
Service Unavailability
If Fun Financials is not available to access due to an internal issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
