By creating an account or using Fun Financials (funfinancials.ie), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and, for subscribers, the Payments Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
Description of Service
Fun Financials is operated by Linear Consulting Limited and provides charts and ratios built from public companies' financial statement data, sourced from a third-party data provider. A limited free preview is available to anonymous and registered users; full access requires an active paid subscription.
Not Investment Advice
Figures and charts on this site are historical company data, shared for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and none of it comes with any guarantee of accuracy or completeness (see Data Accuracy below). Fun Financials is not a licensed financial adviser, and using this site is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
Accounts
You must provide a real, working email address and keep your account credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at Contact Us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed and managed as described in the Payments Policy. You can view or cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass the free-tier preview limits or subscription paywall other than through a genuine paid subscription.
- Scrape, systematically extract, or resell the data or charts shown on this site.
- Use the site in any way that disrupts it for other users, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Data Accuracy
Financial statement data is sourced from a third-party provider and displayed as received. We don't independently verify it, and don't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or up to date - always check a company's own filings before relying on any figure shown here for a real decision.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, code, and presentation are owned by Linear Consulting Limited. Underlying financial data belongs to its original source and is licensed for display here, not for redistribution by you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. You can stop using the site and cancel any subscription at any time.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linear Consulting Limited isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on any data shown on it, including decisions made using it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
